Hello fellow fitness fanatics!  Let me introduce myself.  I am a 25-year-old personal trainer, group fitness instructor and have been competing in fitness competitions now for almost one year.  I am new to the competitive arena of fitness but look forward to exploring it further.  I especially enjoy the Women’s Tri-Fitness Competition, as it is an obstacle course plus fitness skills plus grace & physique and routine all in one weekend! 

I teach all sorts of classes – although right now I’m only teaching one killer class a week called “Fitness Challenge”.  I am taking the other days of the week to train myself and my other clients.  I’m always looking for a sponsor so if there’s any takers out there – please feel free to contact me!  I’m available to help businesses at expos, health fairs, or even local gyms.    I’m also open for any new clients to personal train!  Please see my contact page to tell me what you are looking to do for yourself.
